Job Title: PR Account Director, Influencer Marketing

At North Strategic, we're seeking a seasoned PR Account Director to lead our influencer marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive results for our clients.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives
  • Manage and grow top client accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver bold creative ideas and execute flawlessly
  • Partner with clients to identify and leverage new trends, forge excellent creator-brand partnerships, and lead high-performance teams
  • Develop and implement influencer management tools, such as Traackr, Tagger, and CreatorIQ, to enhance and sell in bold ideas
  • Forecast, manage budgets, and team resources for a specific set of client accounts
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, sponsorship, research, and media buying companies to ensure all campaigns are fully integrated and agency relationships are nurtured
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in the influencer, digital, and social space, developing integrated strategies
  • Agency or client service experience
  • Genuine curiosity and commitment to continuously learning about the influencer and social/digital space
  • Proven track record of building high-performance teams and adding value to company culture
  • Dynamic team player, collaboratively partnering with cross-functional leaders across the agency to develop and innovate the influencer, social, and digital practice areas
