About You


We are seeking an experienced executive leader to join our team. If you have a strong background in relationship management, especially with payers and policymakers, we encourage you to apply. With at least 15 years of progressive pharmaceutical/healthcare experience, you will be responsible for leading our patient access efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.


Key Responsibilities


As the Vice President, Patient Access, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Strategic Business Development & Alignment: Participate as an active member of the Executive Team in setting and achieving strategic goals of the company.
  • Patient Access: Create a clear and concise vision that aligns with relevant strategies across the NNCI portfolio. Develop strategies and relationships that support market growth opportunities for current and new products.
  • Health Economics and Outcomes Research: Establish the value of NNCI products through health economics and generate supportive data and evidence through outcomes research.
  • Pricing and Contracting: Develop contracting and pricing strategies to maximize profitability goals.
  • Field Patient Access: Oversee the development, effective execution, and ongoing monitoring of all Patient Access field activities.

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • An advanced degree in science and/or business. Meaningful exposure to statistical and mathematical modelling preferred.
  • Demonstrated success at the executive leadership level.
  • Extensive experience managing managers.
  • Meaningful experience at managing successfully through difficult problems.
  • Cross-functional experience at both global and affiliate level is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive pharmaceutical/healthcare experience required with a strong knowledge of the payer and policy environment.

What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary range of $220,000 - $280,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
