Administrative Assistant

Total Wealth Concepts is a well-respected financial advisory firm dedicated to delivering exceptional financial planning, retirement planning, and investment management services.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations within our firm and offers exciting opportunities for growth in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our financial advisors.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and calendars.
- Handle client communication effectively via various channels.
- Prepare and organize financial documents and reports.
- Maintain and update client records in our database system.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and financial plans.
- Manage office supplies and handle mail and courier services.
- Support compliance-related tasks and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant (experience in the financial industry is highly valued).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High school diploma required.
- Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
