We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in Kamloops.
**Job Summary:**
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling office correspondence.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date office calendars.
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and document management, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
- Helping to maintain a well-organized workspace, including ordering office supplies and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
