Job Title: Administrative Assistant

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other administrative staff
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Compile data and statistics, and maintain accurate records
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Ability to work 32 to 35 hours per week
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a fixed schedule. The work language is English.
