Job Summary

As a key member of our team, the Shop Administrator Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, handle administrative tasks, and maintain accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, transferring calls, and assisting customers with inquiries and payments. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking payments over the phone, billing out septic tank invoices, and posting incoming invoices to the correct company account. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in matching invoices to work orders, helping the shop with returns and orders, and monitoring cores and ensuring returns. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for sending invoices to customers, ensuring proper taxes are charged, and reconciling monthly statements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable and payable, and will have a minimum of 1 year of experience with Sage. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
