Our team works collaboratively to provide comprehensive support for patients undergoing complex cardiovascular procedures, including ECMO, Sugarbaker procedures, ventricular assist devices, balloon pumps, and blood recovery systems for liver transplant.

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Perfusion Services Coordinator to join our team of healthcare professionals who provide expert cardiovascular perfusion services to patients undergoing cardiac surgery.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate the activities of our multidisciplinary team.

As a Perfusion Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating surgical procedures, managing supplies and equipment, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures, including booking rooms and arranging for necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation, including patient records and billing information.

Education and Experience

  • Diploma or certificate in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare administration or related field.
