Food Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet our high standards.
  • Ensure exceptional food quality and customer service.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and inspect food trolley deliveries.

Supervision:

  • Lead a team of 3-4 staff members.

Support for Diverse Groups:

  • Assist newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
  • Implement inclusive hiring policies that discourage discrimination against visible minorities.

Work Details:

  • Permanent Work Term.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
