About the Role

We are looking for an experienced leader who can oversee daily food preparation, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work well under pressure, and proficiency in basic math and record-keeping.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work approximately 30-40 hours per week and be required to wear a uniform and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
