Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of retail salespersons and sales clerks to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school graduation certificate is required.
- 1-2 Years of Retail Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role is required.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Outlook and other relevant software applications is essential.
- Area of Specialization: Retail store management and operations.
- Additional Requirements: Basic security clearance, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manual dexterity.
