- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, including maintaining equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Work in a retail store environment, with regular exposure to customers and sales floor staff.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with customers, sales floor staff, and other stakeholders.
- Organized: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including inventory and equipment.
- Reliability: Ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
