Job Title: Conference Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference Production Coordinator to join our team at Generis. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class industry-focused summits that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive agendas for our summits, incorporating industry trends, challenges, and new technologies.
  • Recruit and manage speakers, ensuring a diverse and engaging lineup that meets our commercial and editorial goals.
  • Collaborate with senior professionals from leading Fortune 1000 companies to deliver exceptional content and experiences.
  • Manage speaker recruitment targets and deadlines, ensuring timely and effective communication with speakers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of onsite events, including speaker liaison, AV management, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and editorial skills.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to the USA.
