Job Title: Conference and Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference and Event Coordinator to join our team at SUNRAY GROUP OF HOTELS INC.

Job Summary:

The Conference and Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing conferences, meetings, and special events at our hotel. This includes planning and implementing event logistics, managing event budgets, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate conferences, meetings, and special events from conception to execution
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure event success
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies for events
  • Coordinate event registration, ticketing, and communication with attendees
  • Manage event setup, staging, and technical requirements
  • Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and performers
  • Plan and execute social programs, food and beverage, transportation, and other event services
  • Monitor and report on event metrics and feedback
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event planning software
