Job Overview

We seek an Executive Director to lead one of our business segments. You will be responsible for driving innovation, building relationships, and delivering results. This role requires collaboration with technology, operational, and risk stakeholders to design and implement solutions meeting specific product needs and CIBC's risk appetite.

About You

To succeed, you need:

  • A university degree in Industry & Management, Engineering, Computer Science, STEM, or Business
  • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, with experience in analyzing complex issues and identifying innovative opportunities
  • The ability to interpret and analyze data, creatively articulating ideas to collaborate with partners
