Estimated Salary: $163,549 - $276,325Job Description:Summary:This role involves driving business growth through strategic sales and account management leadership. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of sales professionals in winning new business and expanding existing partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, forecasting outcomes, and aligning internal teams to meet ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver on Specialty Health Solutions business development budget and manage P&L for assigned portfolio.
- Develop and execute annual business development plan focused on portfolio.
- Lead sales and account management strategy and approach for assigned customer portfolio.
- Provide leadership and direction to sales and account management team.
- Collaborate with senior management team members to ensure strategic alignment within portfolio.
- Regularly report ongoing sales activity and operating results of portfolio.
- 15+ years of proven success in sales or marketing, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams to deliver strategic sales and account strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities, characterized by self-starting attitude, decisiveness, and relentless focus on results.
