  • Provide leadership in training, coaching, communications, and performance evaluations.
  • Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing sales organization.

Requirements:

  • Significant professional experience in commercial/industrial sales required.
  • Demonstrably successful management experience with formal leadership experience in a sales organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current or previous FedEx experience
  • International/Global sales leadership experience
  • Project/Supply Chain Management experience

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $170,465 - $304,530 per year. Pay is competitive and based on experience relative to the job, market level, and location.

This position will be domiciled in the US or Canada and remote work may be considered based on business needs.
