We are seeking an experienced Sales Vice-President to join our team at Pouch Makers Canada Inc. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The role requires a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as experience in managing high-performing teams and developing talent.
Responsibilities
The Sales Vice-President will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments. Key responsibilities include establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Mac OS is required, as well as a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
