Business Development Specialist

NRI Industrial Sales Inc. seeks a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support its mission of fostering innovative partnerships and driving growth. This role involves identifying potential leads, engaging prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to create opportunities for the Business Development team.
The successful candidate will have excellent research and prospecting abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and adaptability in dynamic environments. They will work effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize lead conversion strategies and contribute to sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B lead generation experience and proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems. Certifications in sales or digital marketing are preferred. Experience in industrial sales or manufacturing will be considered an asset.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The compensation package includes a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 + commission, as well as benefits such as life insurance, extended health care, dental coverage, AD&D insurance, virtual care, and RRSP with company matching.
