About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Anabee Limited. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience an asset

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be available for shift or on-call work and will be able to start on the advertised start date.
