About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, as well as prepare budget and cost estimates.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
