Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our Specialized Services department. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services to clients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and treatment services to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches and harm reduction strategies.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Teach clients and others, both one-on-one and in groups, promoting education and empowerment.
  • Integrate best practices and current research evidence to inform professional practice decisions and actions.
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in a mental health and substance use related discipline, plus two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to integrate harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to excellence in client care.
