Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our Specialized Services department. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services to clients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with diverse mental health needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the inter-professional clinical team
  • Conduct risk assessments and behavioral care planning to ensure client safety and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in a mental health and substance use related discipline
  • Two years of recent experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to integrate best practice and current research evidence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
