Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our Specialized Services department. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services to clients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with mental health and substance use issues
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the inter-professional clinical team and clients
  • Conduct assessments and risk evaluations to identify client needs and develop strategies for support
  • Collaborate with community agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client care
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in a mental health and substance use related discipline
  • Two years of recent experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches to supporting individuals with substance use issues
