We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our Specialized Services department. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services to clients in various settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and treatment services to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches and harm reduction strategies.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Teach clients and others in one-on-one and group settings, promoting education and empowerment.
- Integrate best practices and current research evidence to inform professional practice decisions and actions.
- Baccalaureate degree in a mental health and substance use related discipline, plus two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations and complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
