HR Business Partner

At Turner & Townsend, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and employees to achieve our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and practices to enhance employee development, performance, engagement, and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with provincial legislation.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Advocate for employee engagement and well-being, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related discipline; CHRP, CRHA, CPHR, or other HR certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
