Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at CodePaper Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems and software.
  • Offer business systems, network, and internet support to users, addressing their technical difficulties and concerns.

  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and colleagues.

Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
