Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Sales Process Manager to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in enabling sales and sales management to drive growth and profitability across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management, application support, and business operations. You will be responsible for owning the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of sales-focused tools, with a focus on optimization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with senior managers to discuss business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Be the subject matter expert on sales and sales-related applications and processes.
  • Work closely with IT to develop and maintain sales-related applications and tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to improve sales operations.
  • Develop and implement new sales-related business processes and tools.
  • Provide hands-on application and process support as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in process management, application support, and business operations.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant industry processes and applications.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients to solve problems.
  • Entrepreneurial and critical thinking skills.
