As a Sales Enablement Manager at Farm Credit Canada, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales tactics to equip Operations staff with strategic resources that maximize value-add for customers and personalize their experience with our organization. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada's official languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand value creation and loyalty
  • Work with cross-divisional teams to lead research, testing, and measurement of new ways to deliver customer value
  • Assist customer-facing employees in delivering customer value tactics
  • Leverage data and customer segmentation models to lead small experiments focusing on customer retention, growth, and acquisition
  • Partner with various departments to scale successful experiments into the organization
  • Utilize customer analytics to analyze and inform sales tactics

What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree in agriculture or business and at least five years of ag finance or sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Knowledge of CRM tools and processes is also required. A love for the agriculture and food industry is a must.
