Process Applications Manager

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Process Applications Manager to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in enabling sales and sales management to grow the performance and profitability of the entire organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of sales-focused tools, with a continued focus on optimization. This includes meeting with senior managers to discuss business objectives, being the subject matter expert of sales and sales-related applications and processes, and working closely with IT in the development and maintenance of sales-related applications and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with senior managers to discuss business objectives.
  • Be the subject matter expert of sales and sales-related applications and processes.
  • Working with counterparts to ensure applications and processes are utilizing correct data sources and understand the corresponding workflow and data outputs impact all areas of the business.
  • Responsible for understanding all existing data sources, and their relation to each other.
  • Performing root cause analysis and providing solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and improving new processes.
  • Working closely with IT in the development, and maintenance of sales-related applications tools.
  • Learn, record, and develop and way to share best practices across Brandt's territory.
  • Responsible for the implementation of new sales-related business processes and tools.
  • Creating and maintaining process and procedure policies along with onboarding documentation.
  • Provide hands-on application and process support as needed.
  • Staying up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies.

  • Comfortable collaborating with teams and clients to solve problems.
  • Ability to coordinate projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional trouble-shooting analytical and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial/Critical thinking.
  • Report and procedure writing skills.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in process, application, and support roles.
  • Industry experience would be considered an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant industry processes.
