Strategic Leadership Role in Sports Governance

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our Sport Governing Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing policies and procedures to implement programs, managing daily operations, preparing budgets, and negotiating business contracts.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the agency's mission and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring seamless execution of programs and services.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial sustainability.
- Negotiate contracts with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to secure funding and resources.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the agency, representing its interests and values externally.
- Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure their success.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sports governance, leadership, or a related field.
- Strong background in policy development, program implementation, and budget management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated expertise in public relations, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum.
