Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team at ONTARIO INC. as a Chief Operating Officer.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year

**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Strategic Operations Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and implementing operational policies and procedures
• Coordinating with middle managers and directors to ensure smooth operations
• Representing the organization in negotiations and official functions
• Selecting executive staff and delegating authority

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows
