As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for IT professionals across various locations in Canada. Your primary goal will be to source, attract, select, and onboard top talent in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Attracting Top Talent: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top IT candidates across various locations.
  2. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional candidate experience.
  3. Selection and Assessment: Utilize behavioral interview techniques to assess and select the most suitable candidates for IT roles.
  4. Candidate Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of selected candidates, including background checks and reference verifications.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree or 3-year college diploma with a focus in Computer Science (major asset).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of demonstrated recruiting experience in an agency setting or technical business environment within Information Technology.
  • Skills: Expertise in Staffing and Recruiting software (Bullhorn an asset), excellent presentation, communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
