Your primary goal will be to source, attract, select, and onboard top talent in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Attracting Top Talent: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top IT candidates across various locations.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional candidate experience.
- Selection and Assessment: Utilize behavioral interview techniques to assess and select the most suitable candidates for IT roles.
- Candidate Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of selected candidates, including background checks and reference verifications.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree or 3-year college diploma with a focus in Computer Science (major asset).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of demonstrated recruiting experience in an agency setting or technical business environment within Information Technology.
- Skills: Expertise in Staffing and Recruiting software (Bullhorn an asset), excellent presentation, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
