About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead our team of account executives in Canada, driving growth and customer satisfaction for Lenovo's global technology powerhouse. With a revenue of US$57 billion and ranked #248 in the Fortune Global 500, we are a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement processes to drive client satisfaction, operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales, product upgrades, problem resolution, and sales campaign programs.
  • Manage a high-performing team of account executives, setting direction and strategy for inside and specialist teams.
  • Capture acquisition opportunities for both new logos and existing customers.
  • Oversee all aspects of complex sales, driving deals to closure.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Leverage existing relationships to grow market share and drive business growth.
  • Ownership of pipeline, cadence, and business management for this key segment.
  • Enterprise sales leadership expertise with experience in Public Sector and Large Customer Acquisition.
  • Ability to uncover and close net new opportunities through directed sales campaigns.
  • Strong pipeline/forecasting management skills and ability to own Account/Territory Ownership.
  • 5+ years of sales team leadership and/or management experience.
  • 3+ years of Server/Storage Sales knowledge required.
  • Proven track record of quota-carrying sales environment experience.
  • Ability to travel within Canada as needed.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Field (outside) sales experience.
  • Experience hiring and working with talent acquisition to identify top talent.
  • Demonstrated quarter-over-quarter growth in sales revenue with large accounts.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar roles in Canada.
