About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Process Manager to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in enabling sales and sales management to drive growth and profitability across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of sales-focused tools, with a focus on optimization. This includes ensuring the company's sales operations are efficient, accurately reported, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with senior managers to discuss business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Be the subject matter expert on sales and sales-related applications and processes, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Work with counterparts to ensure applications and processes are utilizing correct data sources and understand the corresponding workflow and data outputs impact all areas of the business.
  • Responsible for understanding all existing data sources and their relation to each other, performing root cause analysis and providing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and improve new processes, working closely with IT to develop and maintain sales-related applications and tools.
  • Learn, record, and develop best practices across Brandt's territory, responsible for the implementation of new sales-related business processes and tools.
  • Create and maintain process and procedure policies, as well as onboarding documentation, providing hands-on application and process support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and improvement strategies, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant industry processes and a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
  • Confident in training employees and colleagues, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to coordinate projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional trouble-shooting, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong entrepreneurial and critical thinking mindset.
  • Report and procedure writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in process, application, and support roles, with a strong understanding of sales operations and industry processes.
  • Industry experience would be considered an asset, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
