**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet with senior executives to discuss business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Collaborate with counterparts to ensure applications and processes are utilizing correct data sources and understand the corresponding workflow and data outputs impact all areas of the business.
- Responsible for understanding all existing data sources, and their relation to each other.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to optimize business processes.
- Implement new sales-related business processes and tools to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Create and maintain process and procedure policies, as well as onboarding documentation.
- Provide hands-on application and process support as needed.
