Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Operations Manager to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Process Operators and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operating plans, procedures, and programs to empower the process team and drive operational excellence.
- Cultivate a positive safety culture and ensure team members comply with company policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentoring to Process Operators to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans to improve team performance.
- Coordinate process staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage during night shifts and weekends.
Who You'll Work With:
You will work closely with Process Operators, Process Supervisors, and other members of the operations team to achieve our goals and objectives. As a leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and safety within your team.
