Job Overview

Durabuilt Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and files.
  • Process purchases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Verify stock availability from current inventories.
  • Analyze and compare prices for optimal procurement decisions.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Working Conditions and Requirements:
  • Absence of permanent full-time shifts on weekends or public holidays.
  • A 32-hour weekly schedule to ensure flexibility and stability.
  • Effective communication skills with vendors and internal teams.
  • Frequent interaction with coworkers, supervisors, and clients throughout the working day.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in purchasing roles.
Compensation Package:

We are offering a competitive salary of $38,000 annually, taking into account the Canadian national average. Please note that actual salaries may vary based on factors like location, qualifications, and years of experience.
