Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Sales Coordinator to join our team at Qualico Canada in Edmonton. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting the new home sales process and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Daily Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the home buying process.
  • Conduct show home tours, provide product information, and assist with purchasing processes while answering incoming calls and emails, and booking appointments.
  • You will assist in qualifying potential purchasers, converting them into qualified buyers, tracking customer information, and assisting with financing.
  • Maintain the appearance and appeal of show homes and sales centers, ensuring they are presentable and attractive to potential customers.
  • Support customers throughout the home building process, coordinating project changes, and providing updates on building progress.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, calendar management, tracing customer deposits, and maintaining office supplies and sales materials.
Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or sales-support roles.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record checks and driver's licenses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM, and accounting software (HubSpot, NewStar).
Preferred Requirements
  • Prior experience working in the Residential Home Building industry is preferred.
  • Enrollment or completion of a diploma/bachelor's program in Business, International Business, Marketing/Sales is preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement savings plan.

Work Conditions

You will primarily work in a show home or sales center setting in Edmonton and surrounding areas, with regular business hours and occasional evening and weekend shifts required.
