Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at CANADA INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and implement cost-saving measures.
- Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure profitability.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
- English language required.
