Our Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Performance Manager to join our team in the Durham region and Barrie. As a key partner and consultant for our restaurants, you will work closely with owners and managers to analyze operating, financial, and business information, and develop solutions to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide business consulting and coaching to owners and managers on restaurant operations, financial performance, and team engagement.
- Review and analyze restaurant operating reports, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions with owners and managers.
- Conduct regular financial reviews with owners and managers, focusing on profitability and growth.
- Collaborate with owners and managers to implement new initiatives, such as product launches and marketing programs.
- Ensure brand ambassadors are consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a related field, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Strong business acumen, with expertise in financial analysis and business development.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with owners, managers, and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility with schedule to accommodate operational needs.
