Our Opportunity:

The Franchise Performance Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency at our restaurants. Reporting to the Area Franchise Lead, this individual will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing restaurant operating, financial, and business information to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business consultant and coach to restaurant owners and managers, providing guidance on business and financial results, effective operations, team member engagement, and guest satisfaction.
  • Review restaurant operating reports and audits, analyzing the information to determine appropriate solutions in collaboration with owners and managers.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews with owners and managers to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to strengthen performance.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives, such as product launches, technology initiatives, and process improvements, to support sales growth.
  • Represent the Tim Hortons brand and business at all times.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of operational experience with P&L responsibility, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
  • University degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, as well as business development capabilities.
  • Ability to establish and build effective relationships with owners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information, identify issues, and use good judgment to make decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record within provincial guidelines.
