The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in optimizing the Sales team's performance and driving sales growth. This position is responsible for managing lead prequalification, inbound inquiries, lead processing, and data administration to ensure seamless sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Inbound Inquiries Management: Manage partner leads and portals, importing leads into the CRM and updating information in relevant portals.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify time-sensitive inbound lead sources, ensuring initial assessment is done within required SLA.
- Phone and Chat Support: Answer, qualify, and route inbound phone calls and online website chat discussions within required SLA, transferring high-quality leads to the appropriate sales team.
- Data Administration: Ensure data integrity in the CRM, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of leads and deals across all territories and sales motions.
- Impeccable Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet changing business priorities.
- Effective Communication: Confident, proactive communicator with exceptional written and oral skills.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills and ability to execute effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.
