Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter orders and process purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents
  • Prepare sales reports and statistics for the sales director
  • Coordinate internal and external sales-related communications
  • Update customer databases, files, and price lists
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Requirements:
  • College diploma (asset)
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, customer support, or a similar role (asset)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Mastery of IT tools such as the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel
