PUMA Canada Sales Operations Coordinator Role

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at PUMA Canada. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics for trade shows in Quebec, including rep shows and key account trades, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with the Canadian Sales Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.
  • Communicate updates and key information to the field sales team and accounts to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Coordinate key account meetings and conferences to foster strong relationships and drive business results.
  • Support regional trade shows and marketing initiatives to promote PUMA's brand and products.
  • Organize office and showroom activities to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of success in sales operations or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree in business or a related field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
