Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at PUMA Canada. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales function and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for trade shows in Quebec, including rep shows and key account trades, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Collaborate with the Canadian Sales Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.
- Communicate updates and key information to the field sales team and accounts to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Coordinate key account meetings and conferences to foster strong relationships and drive business results.
- Support regional trade shows and marketing initiatives to promote PUMA's brand and products.
- Organize office and showroom activities to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of success in sales operations or a related field.
- Post-secondary degree in business or a related field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
