Job Description

The successful Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events while maintaining office supplies, records, and filing systems. You will also schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and communicate with clients and staff members. Additionally, you will work closely with management to develop training strategies and manage travel arrangements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant. You should be proficient in using computerized information systems and possess excellent organizational skills. The ability to relocate is highly desirable, and relocation costs will be covered by the employer.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $43,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on location. This full-time position involves working 35 hours per week with English as the primary work language.
