At Dr. Bonnie Randhawa Inc., we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, co-ordinating and planning for office services, and performing data entry.

In addition, you will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will have strong computer and technology skills, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows. You will be required to work 40 hours per week and have a strong understanding of business operations.
