Our Treasury Consulting Director will play a key role in providing expert advice to credit union clients, ensuring they meet their regulatory requirements and achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of experts in providing balance sheet management consulting to clients.
  • Develop key relationships through the provision of financial advisory services to credit unions.
  • Ensure profitability, interest rate risk, capital, and liquidity requirements are met.
  • Lead complex or specialized ad hoc projects to support credit union needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interest rate risk management and asset liability management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be responsible for providing specialized knowledge in the area of interest rate risk management and asset liability management, communicating key interest rate risk metrics and strategies to senior credit union management, and identifying significant interest rate risk levels and developing strategies to reduce interest rate risk while maximizing net interest margin.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of progressive management experience in the financial services industry.
  • Understanding of credit risk processes and guidelines as it pertains to credit union direct lending and derivative products.
  • Professional designation in the financial field, such as CFA, CPA, or MBA.
