Job Title: Treasury Consulting Director

Join Equitable Bank, a leading FinTech, as a Treasury Consulting Director and contribute to shaping the future of banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on Treasury Consulting and ALM solutions to credit union clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Treasury Consulting and ALM solutions for credit union clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal balance sheet management.
  • Lead complex projects, including capital planning, stress testing, investment management, and credit union line of credit product management.
  • Provide specialized knowledge in interest rate risk management and asset liability management, communicating key metrics and strategies to senior credit union management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with credit union clients, identifying opportunities for cross-promotion of Bank products and services.
  • Manage and oversee the workload and workflow of the team, ensuring high levels of customer advocacy and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of progressive management experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in Treasury Consulting and ALM.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of balance sheet management, interest rate risk, liquidity, capital, and profitability.
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with credit union clients.
  • Professional designation in the financial field, such as CFA, CPA, or MBA.
