About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Consulting Director to join our team at EQ Bank | Equitable Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to credit union clients on interest rate risk management, asset liability management, and balance sheet management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement interest rate risk management strategies for credit union clients
  • Provide expert advice on asset liability management and balance sheet management
  • Collaborate with credit union clients to identify and mitigate interest rate risk
  • Develop and maintain relationships with credit union clients and other key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of progressive management experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of interest rate risk management, asset liability management, and balance sheet management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
