We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and leading our recruitment efforts.

About the Role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in Saskatchewan. You will work closely with our HR Business Partners and Director of HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to design and implement recruiting programs and strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in building and developing a talent acquisition team, and you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in Saskatchewan
* Design and implement recruiting programs and strategic initiatives
* Build and develop a talent acquisition team, leading, coaching, and mentoring team members
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Director of HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to achieve recruitment goals

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
* Minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience
* Extensive Talent Acquisition strategy experience, including significant change management
* Knowledge of applicable provincial legislation and regulations related to employment
* Advanced proficiency of full-cycle recruiting with strong decision-making skills
